RE:  Transportation Management Plan

 

Dear Tom and Rich,

 

            We would like to follow up on the agreement we entered into in September 2001 relating to the Transportation Management Plan that has been required by the Department of Design, Construction and Land Use as part of your garage project and recent permit approvals. 

 

            Could you please provide us with copies of any draft or completed Transportation Management Plan, any documentation or field verifications that have been undertaken and other materials relating to the Plan as required by our agreement?
