RE:  UW Lease Lid

 

Thank you for your interest in attending a future meeting of the Laurelhurst Community Club Board of Trustees to discuss issues related to the UW lease lid.  Are you available on Monday, July 14, 2004 at 7 p.m.? 

 

It would be helpful to our Board if you could outline the University’s position in writing on lease lid issues.  Would it be possible for you to do this by Friday, June 11^th?  That way we could include your letter in the June agenda packets and the Board of Trustees could discuss any issues you raise in the letter prior to meeting with you. 

 

We look forward to working with you on a compromise that meets the needs of the University, the City and the communities located in the primary and secondary impact zones.
