We have received several complaints from neighbors about the condition of your recent rental property purchase at the above address. We would like to work with you to address the concerns of our neighbors to ensure that the property is properly maintained.
We invite you or one or more of your local representatives to an upcoming meeting of our Board of Trustees to discuss property management concerns. We meet the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Stevens Episcopal Church. Or, if you prefer, you may contact one of us at the phone numbers or email addresses listed below to discuss the matter. It would be helpful to have a specific local person with whom we should contact about maintenance issues as well as other issues that surface.
Neighbors take great pride in their homes and in the Laurelhurst neighborhood. It is upsetting when homes are neglected when others work hard and do the best they can to take care of their property. This is something that we hope we can work on together.
We look forward to hearing back from you soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to be a good neighbor and to maintain your property in a manner consistent with the surrounding properties.
