RE:  Request for Public Meeting on Project No. 3003629 located at 4702 47^th Avenue NE

Dear Ms. Sugimura and Mr. Deherrera:

On behalf of our neighbors, the Laurelhurst Community Club Board of Trustees requests that a public meeting be held in our neighborhood on Project No. 3003629 located at 4702 47^th Avenue NE.  While SMC 23.76.015 requires that 50 or more persons file a written request for a public meeting, we have enclosed petitions signed by 80 of our neighbors.  The fact that we were able to obtain the petition signatures in a one-day period demonstrates the interest of our community in this project and the many issues it raises.
