            The Laurelhurst Community Club is making positive progress in developing a settlement agreement in the above-referenced matter.  We met with a representative from Talaris and its attorney yesterday and this morning and have ploughed through over twenty pages of a settlement proposal.  We would like to join with Talaris in requesting a two-week continuance of Monday’s pre-hearing conference.
