Re: Appeal of MUP No. 2104047; 4000 NE 41st Street
Dear Hearing Examiner:
The Laurelhurst Community Club has met with representatives from the project applicant to resolve issues relating to our appeal of the MUP referenced above. We have made good progress in this regard. It is our sincere desire to continue our negotiations with The Seneca Group, acting on behalf of the applicant, and to avoid the need to pursue our appeal. We request that the March 7th pre-hearing conference date be continued until April 4th, the date scheduled for the hearing to allow us to continue our negotiations. It is our understanding that the applicant and the other petitioner in this matter, Jean Gompf, have agreed to this request for a continuance.
Thank you for considering our request.
Sincerely,
