The Laurelhurst Community Club is
pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to the reconstruction of Merrill
Hall by purchasing a Merrill Hall Donor Tile.
We would like to purchase a 12” X
12” bigleaf maple engraved tile for $250.
For the additional required $25, we would like to add information about
our organization and its service to the community. The tile should read:

Laurelhurst community looks forward to supporting your efforts as you

Enclosed is our check for $275 to purchase the tile
along with the order form. We have also
notified our neighbors through our monthly newsletter, email network and
through our district council of the opportunity to contribute.
