The Laurelhurst Community Club Board of Trustees has learned from members of the community that Children’s has commissioned a phone survey to seek feedback on proposed expansion of Children’s Hospital. We would appreciate information about your survey.
Could you please provide us with a copy of the questions asked? How many surveys were distributed and/or phone calls made? In what areas of the city, the county, the state and elsewhere were surveys/phone calls directed? Who or what firm or company was commissioned to prepare the survey? Have you compiled the results of the survey? If so, could you please send us the results or any report that has been prepared?
