Dear Mr. Ringgold:

The Laurelhurst Community Club Board of Trustees requests that you extend the comment deadline for Project No. 3007531, Children’s Hospital Master Plan Application located at 4800 Sand Point Way NE.  The comment deadline is listed as August 19, 2007.  We believe the date, which is on a Sunday, was listed in error and that you meant August 20, 2007.  Pursuant to SMC 23.76.012D, we request a 14-day extension.  An extension would mean the comment deadline would be September 4, 2007 as September 3^rd is Labor Day.

            Thank you for considering our request.  We would appreciate a confirmation of the deadline extension.
