RE: Master Planning Advisory Committee for Children’s
Dear Steve,
As you are aware, under the process established for appointment of a master plan advisory committee for the proposed expansion at Children’s Hospital under the Major Institutions Code, the City Council may make changes in the size and/or composition of the advisory committee. The Laurelhurst Community Club would like to participate in this next phase of the process if warranted. For this reason, we are requesting your assistance.
Please send us the list of individuals that the Department of Neighborhoods is recommending to serve on the advisory committee, qualifications and background information for each nominee, contact information, and information about actual conflicts of interest and the appearance of any conflict of interest for each candidate derived from your recent interviews and materials provided by the applicants.
