RE:  Public Hearing on Children’s Draft Master Plan

Dear Scott,

            On June 9^th, the Department of Planning and Development issued its notice of a public hearing on the Children’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which is scheduled for tomorrow night.  In reviewing the Major Institutions Code, we note that the Code also requires a public hearing on the Draft Master Plan.  There is no mention in the June 9^th notice that tomorrow’s hearing is intended to cover anything other than the DEIS.  This is very confusing to our neighbors.  

            Could you please let us know at your earliest convenience when you will be scheduling the public hearing on the Children’s Draft Master Plan?
