Save Union Bay Association Community Meeting
SUBA invites neighbors to attend a community meeting Thursday, April 15 at 7 p.m; Laurelhurst Community Center, 4554 NE 41st Street. The group recently received a $30,000 grant from the Department of Ecology to develop an Integrative Aquatic Vegetation Management Plan. The agenda includes an overview of the timeline and process of planning, the addition of new members to the Steering Committee, and questions. More than 100,000 books, CDs, records, videos, sheet music, art prints and posters are among the items up for sale at bargain prices. On Sunday, everything is half price.
